Never Ever

Song of the Day: All Saints - Never Ever

Glory, glory, Manchester United!
You're the best club in the entire planet,
Playing football at its best,
We'll definitely beat the rest!

No matter where we roam,
The Reds will go marching home,
Old Trafford is where we belong,
Trophies will stay there for long.

Sir Alex Ferguson is our master,
Dedicated to make us grow faster,
To bring more glory and silverware,
That will satisfy us, fans out there.

Ronnie and Rooney are such a pair,
To defenders, they are such a scare,
Giggs and Scholes have such class,
We're proud to have them in our grasp.

1999 was the treble year,
When again will we evoke such fear?
2007 season was great,
But we'll be better in 2008.

Chelsea, Arsenal, eat your heart out,
Liverpool and the rest throughout,
United is back on track to win,
In England and Europe, we will reign!

Faded

Song of the Day: Soul Decision - Faded

It's been so long,
Have been busy getting along,
Sorry, dear blog,
I've neglected you like a pet dog.

I have nothing to say,
In the month of May,
Except it's time to play,
As I'll be going away.

Brisbane, here I come,
For studies and a bit of fun,
In a year, I'll be back,
Then, my career will get on track.

8 of July will come too soon,
But till then, there's still June,
Time for family and friends,
Also to shop for clothes and pens.

Exams are around the corner,
Doing well will give me honour,
I hope to do my very best,
To ace every freaking test.

Guess it's time to wrap up,
And get back to my coffee cup,
Till my next post,
Here's to the month of May, a toast!

Again

Song of the Day: Lenny Kravitz - Again

All of my life, where have you been?

I wonder if I'll ever see you again
And if that day comes, I know we could win
I wonder if I'll ever see you again

May. June. July.

[Gulp]

July - The month where my life as I know it will end. It's freaky.

At the moment, I still haven't really thought of the ramifications of me going away to study in Australia. Like being away from your family, being in a whole new environment, not being able to shop as I please (God, Help Me!), not being able to eat Chinese food, not being able to chill out in Mamak stalls etc.

I refuse to think and ponder about it. If and when I do, I might just go bonkers [you have been warned]

On a less distressing note, let's revert to my past week updates.

Update #1: I've watched Spiderman 3!
Contrary to popular belief, sequels can be pretty good. Personally, I enjoyed the movie (even though there were some moments where I had to blink twice to stay awake as it was 2am). Spidey showed his darker side by impersonating Pete Wench and dancing blues. MJ is no longer tagged as the damsel-in-distress constantly screaming her heart out for Spidey to save her (Gwen Stacy took over the role). Harry Osborne gets himself disfigured but still manage to look dishy (Here's to you, James Franco!). Sandman as the villain with a heart of gold is pretty cool (though I can't imagine how he can turn into this sand-man: physics bla bla). Before Venom turned into Venom, he was cute and adorable (as is Topher Grace). So, is this Spiderman the last of it all? Only Sam Raimi will know.

Update #2: Booze Party
Another booze party at Hillpark. I've lost count on how many times I have gotten drunk and tipsy in that place. Wait. Did I say drunk? I meant tipsy. I realized I'm totally coherent when I'm tipsy. I blabbed, I laughed, I acted differently. My face still gets really red nevertheless. How many times do I have to drink to get that off??? Anyway, I remembered playing SNAP and Chor-Tai-Ti, I remembered singing songs with Terence, I remembered watching my beloved MU losing (devastated. Sob.), I remembered not-sleeping a wink, I remembered quite a few other stuffs. Hey! I wasn't drunk then if I could remember so many things. Hah!

Update #3: Pancakes!
Brought the children from Agathians to 1 Utama for pancake excursion on Saturday. It's really nice to see the children get out of the home once in a while and enjoy a lovely and sunny Saturday in good ol' 1U. The pancakes from Paddington's were great but their hospitality was even greater. The manager even offered me a job flipping pancakes albeit jokingly. They are great people indeed. Thanks Paddington's! Hope you prosper well! [if only you will reduce the price a bit heh?]

Update #4: MU is the Champions!
Well, not exactly yet. If Arsenal could do us a huge favour and beat the bejesus of out Chelsea, then it's officially ours! Or better still, we could clinch it when we play them on Wednesday at their home ground. Then, we could gloat right in front of their faces (Can't wait to see Moan-rinho's!). Revenge is indeed sweet.

Glory glory Man United!
Glory glory Man United!
Glory glory Man United!
As the Reds go marching home home home!
[sung to the tune of Mr. Peter Rabbit]
